it's more or less all over the place here, not in banks,or in certain restaraunts ( and some have smoking only sections ) and they've lately started banning smoking in some public parks, also around some schools as well, etc

California, US. No smoking in Bars, Restaurants, Clubs(Disco, Not within a 100 feet of public buildings(schools, government buildings), Parks(Both Public and Private: Like Zoos, etc.), No smoking in a car with a child under 14, no Smoking in a car with a child over 14 with the windows rolled up. Nation wide, no Smoking in Airports. I am sure there are others. There is a huge tax on cigs, I think a pack is up to 8-9 US in California, and I have heard it is closer to 14 US in NYC.
